look, thise happends when i download SA-MP 0.3C R3 Version:

But if i download SA-MP 0.3C R2 Version, my chatbox works normal?
Can anybody help me with thise?
R3 Version is bugged. R2 Version works fine.

Have you try uninstalling and deleting everything like GTA San Andreas Userfiles and the Rockstar folder in your programs folder?
