DO NOT use 000webhost! It has so many DDoS attacks, that your forum will be down sooner or later.
Use Mezoka.com free webhost, i use it and it is alot faster, and no DDoS attacks at all!

I don't think there is anything wrong with volt host. If you want a good host, just pay a little.
