hi i need FS c4 bomb or if you want to install the bomb should type cmd / c4 and to install c4 c4 must buy in advance and if you want to blow up the c4 must press the 'fire'
if there is please let you know me

Its not something difficult to make your own... Just store the coordinates where player did /c4 create the object and then make an explosion when he uses "fire"
