Can't connect - FireCat - 13.08.2011

Like a few days ago, i cleared my cache and stuff, and that same day some guys came and changed some cables of my internet.
Since then i can't connect to the forums, i just says loading... then says couldnt connect.
Iv tried "ping forum.sa-mp.com" says timed out
Im using tor to post this :/
