/mode #CHANNELNAME +v NICKNAME

You need to change those things with caps, +v is voice, I don't know the other one, @ or ~ or something

For the love of god, don't use Mibbit. It sucks balls. And if you - as the owner - have a star, then the channel isn't registered on your name (You should have a house or key symbol instead, not sure). To do this: /msg ChanServ register #chan channelpassword channeldescription

Voice: /mode #chan +v nick
Half-Op: /mode #chan +h nick
Op: /mode #chan +o nick
Super-Op: /mode #chan +ao nick nick
Owner: /mode #chan +q nick

Auto-Voice: /msg ChanServ vop #chan add nick
Auto-Half-Op: /msg ChanServ hop #chan add nick
Auto-Op: /msg ChanServ aop #chan add nick
Auto-Super-Op: /msg ChanServ sop #chan add nick

Obviously replacing #chan and nick where appropriate.
