Question for my server - Aleksa_Ilic - 12.08.2011

Hello,
I am new here,and i have to ask something-how can I make my server public,I watched some [TUT]'s at *******,and on this forum,but there isn't the right TUT for this:
when i type on ****** http://192.168.1.1/ it loads on Huawei on SmartAX MT882,and I watched the TUT for that,it just doesn't have the same menu in the left like:

Status
Basic
Advanced
Tools

Can somebody help me please

Don't make mean comments,i did find that in forum,but I didn't understand I am new

Open server.cfg then find announce and from 0 make it 1 then go to http://typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/ and put your server's IP and port then click to the 0.3c box and test if it says: Online? Yes , in internet list? Yes, in hosted list? No. if it like this then your server is online. Also make sure to make your firewall and rooter to allow connection from port 7777.

And it is not public,anyway my sa mp is not working at the moment,because i don't have GTA San Andreas
I've gave the disk to someone
