When I join one of my favourite servers, I can't come in! I got banned 1 week ago! When I come in, I arrive at Classselection, then, there it says: The server is restarting and an error appears! Look at the pic!

Generaly means the nickname is already connected or you've got invalid characters in your nickname. If not, it's pretty easy to figure out what it is.

It happens with every nick I connect! Also, could it be something because they banned me some days ago?

You are just losing connection to the server, which can be caused by internet issues or because you are trying to join that server using a proxy/vpn.

I don't use a proxy! And my internet is 1MB/second! I can connect great to other servers!

Then it's the servers connection issues.

Probably the server script files, try having your other friend connect, and see the results, if they have the same problem then its the connection problem with the server and others...
