I Got 22+ SettimerEx In My Server. Will That Cause Lag? If Yes Should I remove Them Or Fix It. Fix Then How?

it depends on the code you are using on them...
However it's not "lag-reducing" if you get what I mean^^ (ironic)...
Check if you really need all those timers...
However as long as you don't really notice the lags then it's not too bad
