Need Help with Portforward - lyrics - 08.08.2011

Yeah i portforward my IP
My IP Is Not Static
I use this website to check if my server is online
http://typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/
I type my server address 112.198.79.30:7777 its says In Internet List Yes Online No
I add my ip but still not working
guys need help

if you need info heres my ISP (or router i think?)

Well usually happens when you have more than 1 PC in your home using the Same internet causing the second machine to portforward the sampe IP too, Im not sure how to fix it but i do know that is the reason due to the fact i have been through it
