I am trying to make a briefcase command, but how could I get it to save to a file, what a player has in his briefcase, and when a player takes something out of it, it takes it from the briefcase?

For example: "/briefcase get weapon desert eagle", how could I get it to take it from a file?

How could I create the file in the first place?
