You created a whole topic for a dumb question like this? How about this. I've helped many people on the forums and i have only been reped 5 times. ( you cant see some) Idk why. I have put dedication into the samp to help people with there problems, if i helped them, or if they want they will rep me. Please actually try to attempt to get rep by helping people. Maybe you are the one that need help?
