Nobody has been able to create an accurate way to detect head shots.

yes I played before on a RP server when they shot in the head as they died

I said nobody has made an accurate head shot system. I didn't say it was impossible. Search through the "Filterscripts and Includes" board and you will (most likely) find something to suit your needs.

Just because you havent found one dosnt mean its not possible or that no body has made an accurate one.

Actually, it's pretty much impossible to code a 100% accurate headshot system. If you account for latency, packetloss, FPS and the fact that the SA-MP sync isn't 100% reliable given those factors and that GTA:SA is being modified by SA-MP, SA-MP sync isn't natively coded in to GTA:SA.
