I have a few questions, I did not learn them fine and I have to slowly figure it out.

Question No. 1:
I built a registration system dialogues, now I want the players will enter by their IP.
And I do not know how to do it, Is there an easy explanation?

Question No. 3:
You have the shortcut codes dialogues color?
Governor will meet this moment 0xblablab color.
Now notice that this dialogue goes like this {blablabla}
How do I get the colors I want?

Question No. 4:
I have built a good weapon, even excellent!
Now my problem is this.
To say I do buy a weapon with 250 rounds get?
So cool and if I want to buy some say 1000 rounds, so I do Gmx serve it back to me for 250 rounds, will meet only bought one package and it is not saved me some pills I bought all the time.
