When your gamemode is using a lot of strings with higher cells like 256 or higher, this shows you the maximun cells that your gamemode is using, you can see 4140 cells are in use which is bad, honestly.
I bet you are using a roleplay server, an edited one with a lot of stupid strings with 256 cells, which is wrong.

Then the specific filterscript has a lot of strings with higher cells, read what I gave you.

There is no problem, only too many cells which is stupid and not good.
If you would have actually read what ****** wrote, you would have understand what to do.
