People don't want admin rank... Offer them something else, something they actually need and they will enjoy.

You honestly think people will script all of those features for a RP, comparing to the amount of RP's there is in SA-MP.
You might have a slight chance for approx 10 dollars to get that script.
People want to get paid for what they've made, and how much time they consumed.
