I think he mapped with MTA and 0.3c objects but they doesnt exsist in SA-MP?

Get incognitos streamer and then go to convertffs and covert from mta objects to incognitos streamer objects?

I have 0.3c objects aswell and i used convertffs to convert and it worked fine, maybe you havnt updated incognitos streamer to v7?
