Unban - emokidx - 29.07.2011

hello
i was just wondering
if i ban someone, his IP will go to the samp.ban file
so if i want to unban him i have to remove it from there..
but
then i will have to reopen the server.exe as just restarting doesn't unban that player..
so is there anyway to do that.. or do i have to create some command for that?
