Can I make a game when the server comes to Russian player, he once wrote a message in Russian display the message as usual.
And when it comes foreigner and writes in a foreign language is displayed in the Russian North translation of his words that is the Russian language.
Can I do that?

Можно ли сделать когда в игру на сервер заходит русский игрок, то он когда написал сообщение то на русском отобразилось его сообщение как обычно.
А когда заходит иностранец и пишет на иностранном языке то на русском севере отображался перевод его слов то есть на русский язык.
Можно ли так сделать ?

It's kinda possible, but it's not that easy.
