VC-MP is a lot more limiting, you can't really even script properly in VC-MP. The lack of updates with that in mind is pretty much why SA-MP is a lot more popular, I doubt it's the graphics - they're almost the exact same...

I would think VC:MP would make more people play Vice City like me if they fixed a lot of things like sync, a bug where it shows a error message when you exit out of the program and it keeps spamming, and other things. I mean, RP servers are good on SA:MP, but imagine the possibilities of a RP server on VC:MP. RPing the 80s would be killer, but I doubt that'll happen :/

It's not the graphics that matters, it's the game engine, it's so limited compared to GTA:SA, for example, you can't even climb, can't swim, can't jump on shit..
