Hi,
Turns out I have a SA-MP server installed on Windows Server 2008, but 15 or more users connect me off the server SA-MP, could this be?

less than 15 users doing everything right, but to connect 14 or 15 users close the SA-MP server

Server Log, what does it say there? In your server CFG are you sure your telling it to go over 15?

Chek ur Server log, and write what its wiritten in server.log And copy ur Server.cfg.

You might have re-defined MAX_PLAYERS to 15 when compiling your script.

Try typing in the plugins without the .dll
