.inc help (making an include) - Lookin - 25.07.2011

Im making an include to help out a common problem with most scripters and there servers all is fine (well i think so anyways) but when i try use it in a gamemode it comes up with

Obviously that usually means a plugin fail but i dont have any plugins nor does my gm need any so the hat trick question of the day is whats going on?
