did you use CreateDynamicObject or?

Probably you don't entirely delete it...
Try to delete this:
...from your gamemode and do the same with "server.cfg" file.

Delete "streamer" from "plugins" line. Good Luck!

Of course I use it. A lot of people use this streamer (by Incognito).
This can help you to have more then 400 objects, which is the limit on sa-mp 0.3, because it streams objects and other stuff to more...
