AMD Processor
Windows XP
1 GB Ram
40GB Hard disk
2.(Something) GHZ

7777 or 4200 i think (the best)

Port 7777 UDP is the most common.

I think he means how many slots he can host.
The computer can handle 20 at least, depending on the script also more. But the more important thing is your internet connection. If it is too slow you cant even host 5 slots.

He probably means player slots, and it all depends on your connection, a SA-MP server doesn't take very much of your computer (with an optimized script) and will run fine unless you use it for heavy games or programs at the same time.
