Custom radio for all players? - Gemini - 21.07.2011

Is there a filterscript/plugin or whatever that allows me to make a custom radio for all players in my server?
I have converted the Flash FM radio station from Vice City (complete with DJ Tony) and would like to put this in my server, for all players to listen to.

I dont think its possible, unless everyone downloads the files and replaces them in his own GTA installation. Well I guess it could be done with audio plugin but you would have to host a radio station at shoutcast first lol... So I dont know if its worth it.
