Portforwarding*. First of all. Visit portforward.com, find your router, and follow the tutorials from there.

1.open router
2.find UDP's and DC'P likethat.
3.put your own ports(what ever you want)
4.Save/Ports
5.Find your ip here: www.whatismyip.net
6.Enjoy your sa-mp server!
