Hello,i am working on a TDM,so i need OPSP .inc, i seacrh over sa-mp forums,but there is .pastebin file,can i have simply OPSP.inc file ?

You're supposed to paste the content from the pastebin website in to Notepad (or any other editor) and save the file as OPSP.inc.
