I have a Dynamic IP Which changes everyday and can you help me so People Can join my Server with theSame ip like

The DynDNS domain points to the IP 204.13.248.125. You could have easily checked that yourself.

Yes, they click the favourites tab and click the tick (add server) and enter the server IP/port, then a server is added to their favourites list.
