help hosting question - Horrible - 16.07.2011

ok its simple i use delta server than i already start my server (but nothing on my samp)
than how to start my server?
than he say i must login to FTP to upload my server but how? can some one give me an answer(sorry i am noob)

You can use an FTP Client such as Filezilla.
