Just download the sampserver package frm sa-mp.com and configure it as stated...

My server is ready but i dunno how to open port and which port to open to host it. Can u help me with that?

@Threadstarter Get TeamViewer, then PM me the ID and password for your TeamViewer.

It's ok just tell me which port to open to other players to be able to join me.
I got TeamViewer but it's not possible right now to connect to me.

I'd say portforward port "7777", so your players would just need to type in the I.P and the port will by default add
"7777" onto the end of the I.P
