How Do I get the co-ords for

Go ingame and type /save. Use those co-ordinates. Manually add some measurments to Z if you want to make look from above.

SetPlayerCameraPos, take it somewhere near Vinewood sign.
SetPlayerCameraLookAt, take it right infront of Vinewood sign.
