First off you should put something relevant to the problem in the thread title, second you need to show people the code where the error is.

when i try to start the server it says RUN TIME ERROR 19 FILE OR FUNCTION NOT FOUND

When you open pawno, and you compile the server, it gives the error.
We need to know what line, and whats on that line.
Copy it and paste it into the [CODE] tags

Check your server.cfg and see if the gamemode matches with the gamemode in your gamemode folder. Do the same for any plugins ect

Listen, if you want us to help you, do these steps.
1. Delete your old server_log.txt from your folder.
2. Restart your server then close it.
3. Open the new server_log.txt and copy all of it.
4. Post it using the code.
Then we'll try and help you.
