It's about Incognito's Streamer - Tee - 11.07.2011
I recently mapped a prison (689 objects) and tested it on a local server, everything runs fine, the objects stream as they should, no lag. Now when I tried it on my volt - host server, only about half of the objects load and it causes a little lag. The settings for the local server and volt host are the same (with the exception that volt is Linux and my local server is Windows)

Problem solved, I had the older version of the streamer.
Offtopic: The reason I did not edit my post is because someone else might have the same problem.
