No it's not possible :/, only on vps or home host.

Actually, it is possible, and you can also get hosted on a dedicated server, any type of shell account / shell account access and on a game host.

Thanks for informing, i didnt know , but yh your account will get quickly suspended as you said, so it's not worth it.
