Hey guys i cant find how to tune engine and tires to make engine more powerful and better or worse sliding with tires. Can somebody help me pls?

It's not possible to modify a vehicle handling (performace) in SAMP at present.

Currently, there can be scripts that adjust Velocity and all for a certain type of vehicle.
But It won't be fully synced or it will cause huge lag to be perfect.

Try to make one yourself.
