Hi all,

I got a question about vehicle modding, so here goes:
is it true that certain carmods can only be bought at certain mod places, like transfender and wheel arch angels?

Yes.
Wheel Arch Angels in SF are for cars such as: Sultan and Jester.
The other one in SF are for cars like: Super GT, Turismo
The one in LS is for cars like: Greenwood, Admiral

EDIT:
However, there are mods that allow you to use all car mods and all cars in the one Transfender.
