Once again for the 999th time, scripters want money for scriptiing, its like a job, not as easy as you think. So they get paid for the work.

0 cents for /cuff, I don't see how anyone will charge for a CMD.

You realise that there are about 6 or so Las Venturas Cops and Robbers GMs out there right. Just look up in the magical search button, as Lorenc_ pointed out, 'Lvrcr'.
