Is it possible to change the engine and handling to a different vehicle in SAMP and singleplayer?

For example, I want to replace the bus and coach engine and handling to the firetruck handling and engine sound. Is it possible?

Okay thanks but how would I do it? Just copy the firetruck line then replace the bus and coach line?

Yeah, use the vehicle config files, just copy the handling file data for each vehicle. I think the handling controls the speed as well, not sure (Don't have SA installed just now).

you can't do it in samp. samp loads the default handling.cfg when your client is loaded.. single player, yes :d

It's not possible to change the handling files data, but you can probably mess around with the velocity functions and key states.
