Why would you want to make that. + There is already one on http://sa-mp.lv/
Edit: I have no idea it deppends on the sa-mp team. I think it would be okay if it was only on fan based not on releasing etc. (Copyrights)

It already exists. If im not wrong, then SaW_[VrTx] is owner of it.

You dont need to ask permission to build a fan site for SA-MP! As the people above said, there is already one, but if you really want to you could make another one :P.

Oh dear, that one guy just made a turkish forum and now everyone wants to be his own forum admin. This is gonna be the same mess as everyone wanting to be a server admin...
