Help please Changing the Faction id's - akif - 02.07.2011

Hello guys, How can i change the faction id's? I want to change the faction LSPD(ID 0) to ID 10 Зuz when ever i admin spawn cars it says It belongs to LSPD

I use Sagc(South African Gaming Comunity) GM
