detect vehicle health - cruising - 01.07.2011

Hello!

uhm..idk how to explain this, but when you shoot someone in a vehicle, and the vehicle health drops to like 10-0
i want the shooter/killer to get +1 in score for "killing" the vehicle for the other player.
How is that done?
