Here is the evidence that i got restart again and again ...

Here is my evidence , It only this server and only happens to me not any one else.

i did more than 10090000 times and uninstall samp more than that , but wont work.

Bad, Internet, Connection.

BIC.

Basically you're constantly timing out but your client thinks the server is restarting.
OR the server you're connecting to is bugged (and being a bit "special")

Well my internet is not too bad , it running fast then normal wireless and i tried to use cable now but it still like this.

Are you calling any RCon commands within your script?

It could be either:
* Your connection failing
* Your server has auto-restart if it crashes and the gamemode crashes upon connection?

If it was a timeout, it would say Reconnecting, or something along those lines, not server restarting.
If it was a crash, and auto restart, it would have a few seconds without commands, and would say Connected.. again.

none of these provide a Server Restarting message.

OP, What is your Server Host? Contact them.
