There's no simple " RP/RL Gamemode ", first try to edit anything else ( except stuff with really a lot of things <This does NOT include objects> ), than attempt to edit a RP/RL Gamemode.....

Look around in GameMode section? You will find loads of them in there...

If you know how to script, why don't you create your own. If you really know how to script, visiting a roleplay server would be enough to get a grasp of the 'default' features.

I suggest to start from OnGameModeInit or OnPlayerConnect callbacks :)
