[HELP]A Big Problem [NEED SCRIPTERS!!] - ServerScripter - 27.06.2011

i've downloaded Rave'ns role play GM and whene i've edited Server.cfg (rconlogin....) whene i run samp-server the server crash:

[20:49:54] --- Server Shutting Down.

It is not the only GM hwo doing that, MiamiRp+Universal roleplay...

download new plugin, look

i've downloaded it and putted him in the correct foler but doesn't working...
