You don't really need a vehicle streamer. You can create heaps of vehicles. A vehicle streamer would be inefficient because if one player was away from a vehicle then the other player would be near it, the vehicles would stay streamed.

pretty sure MAX_VEHICLES is 2000

I have only 1100 VEHICLES but I want to prevent lags...
