How i can make when player connectto ask him what he want to play(gang wars drift stunt etc.)

You can't make a player connect to another server in SA-MP.
If you want to make it so that a player can play multiple types of mode types in one single server/gamemode, then you can fiddle around with dialogs and virtual worlds - it's slightly complicated though for a new scripter.
