There is no "best dedicated hosting". It's just as saying "which is the best computer".

Good dedi = any with atleast 8GB RAM and a quadcore CPU... By the way [L3th4l], sa-mp host, and dedicated host isn't the same.

* Support
* Functionality
* User Friendlyness
* Connection speed
* Managing
* Stability
* Uptime

are some.
