Hey about the user tracks in San Andreas. Is there any way to change the song from what its currently playing to the next one?
(Sorry if this is wrong place to put topic. Just didn't know where to put it)

The correct place is Scripting Discussion, and no, not that i'm aware of.
But you can use Incognito's Audio Plugin to reproduce songs.

If it doesn't belong here, it wouldn't belong in the Scripting Section either...
It's a general question about the game itself:
Anyways, just go under the Game Options to redefine your keys and look for 'User Skip Track' or something similar. You can then set what key will skip to the next song when listening to 'User Tracks' etc. or just simply check what keys it's currently set up for (F5 sounds about right, default settings)
