SAMP sound freeze - iLuke - 21.06.2011

When I am playing on servers, after a while the game will start to go really laggy and along side this, the sound will be a buzzing noise like zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Any idea why?

Do you hear that sound on all servers or on only that?
Is the sound coming from your computer or your speakers?

All servers, and It comes via Speakers/headphones
