Hello.
I'm trying to run a GameMode.
WHen i start the server, it's loading plugins + filterscripts, then the console closes.

Please help me.

I bet you are using a downloaded gamemode and forgot to create all files/directories in scriptfiles properly. Check the gm's topic then to see how to install it.
