Well i got a server but i have no Scripters/mappers anyone I'll make you owner on the server?

Look mate im going to be honest now and say that you will not get a 'pro' or at least 'good' scripter without offering some money. Scripters aren't interested in being a owner/co owner, I know it's been said millions of times but again im saying it "OWNER IS A JOB"! Oh and if you did happen to find a scripter for what you're offering "Owner/co owner" he would probably be a noob and could even steal your script.

We script for money.... The new thing, that people use to buy things... Food, houses, all the goddies.
Why sould we have a couple of work, if we only receive more work?
Giving admin for scripting, is ask us to work, to have more work.
No-one wants that.
Believe me, some months before, i said that i will script for free, but after the experience, i don't like it.

@ Tinchy, Do you have a website? or perhaps a server IP already?
